Responsibilities:
  • Perform department administrative duties
  • Preparing of payment, journal slips, cash management and general accounting operation such as monthly closing
  • Checked on received slips and match accounting standard according to Japan and Singapore HQ requirement
  • Other Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy/ Business or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Japanese language ability (JLPT-N1 level) – to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
  • Competent in Microsoft office
