Responsibilities:
  • Provide full administrative support and assistance to the Senior Secretary
  • Assist in calendar management and co-ordination of meetings, workshop and training matters
  • Liaise with Japan HQ on administrative matter
  • Maintaining the administrative tasks around the office
  • Generate and compile of reports
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent discipline
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Japanese language ability (JLPT-N1 level) – to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
  • Competent in Microsoft office
