Responsibilities:
  • Handle office administrative job
  • Assist General Manager
  • Inform and deliver work instruction to all the departments
  • Collect information and data from the departments
  • Create list and chart
  • Manage customer data
 
Requirements:
  • Singaporean
  • More than 5 years experience in accounts, administrative or assistant job
  • Advantage if you have relevant working experience in a construction industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must be be strong with numbers
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Appreciate if you can start to work immediately
  • Salary range: S$2,500 to S$3,500
  • Location: Bukit Merah Central, 5 days work
