Job Information:
Duties & Responsibilities: 

  •  Booking of flights & hotels for Management and staff
  •  Verify and process monthly staff claims
  •  Coordinate staff related activities (eg. Annual Health Screening, insurance applications)
  •  Administer monthly and yearly budget
  •  Manage despatch of outgoing mail; coordinate courier services
  •  Oversee office facilities to ensure smooth daily operations of office
  •  Track stocks of office supplies and place orders
  •  Assist HR & GA team administratively when necessary


Requirements:

  •  Minimum 2 years as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role · Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  •  Team player
  •  Proficient in MS Office
  •  Japanese Language Proficiency (minimum JLPT N2)
    ( This position is required to communicate with the staff in Japan who cannot understand English.)
