2. Post System Implementation

  • On-site maintenance support
  • On-site support at customer site for users’ inquires
  • Coordination work between customer and the company such as requirement gathering, next phase planning
  • Report situation in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Have experience working in the banking industries
  • Have some knowledge about workflow requirements, internal audit in banking industries
  • Have some knowledge for IT development, especially for .NET
  • A good team player
  • Some experience to do helpdesk task
