Job Description

Roles:

  • Handle general office Admin & HR work
  • Attend incoming calls, booking flight & hotel, filing and etc
  • Handle simple accounting work
  • Attend visitors and guests
  • Assist a Director

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years working experience in Admin and HR job
  • Possess CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication skill with people

Terms:

  • Type : Part time employee
  • Work day & time : Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 or shorter (can be discussed)
  • Office location : City
  • Hourly Rate : Please indicate your expected hourly rate when you send your CV
