Responsibilities:

  • Help Desk Support work for core banking system, usieng Temenos T24
  • Timely update of Help Desk Report (Inquiry log) and distribute it to users in weekly basis
  • Attend to Inquiry / Notice of system incidents and perform initial investigations including but not limited  to past inquiry log, system procedure and maintenance documents.
  • Timely dispatch and escalate to the designated Tier 2 Support
  • To keep track of issues and to bridge communications between users / system operators and  maintenance members
Requirements:
  • Ability to solve problems based on existing documents and past inquiry log
  • Knowledge of application development or maintenance support for Package system
  • General knowledge of banking business such as deposit, cheque, remittance, loan, guarantee, forex, money  market, swap, security, etc..) and accounting know-how
  • Ability to recognize priority issues and escalate accordingly to Management and concern person
  • Maintenance or development experiences of T24 Package System
