Now they are inviting candidates for the position of Admin cum Sales Coordinator. This is a permanent position and their office is located in the east area.

Roles:
  • Handle general office administration job
  • Assist Sales Managers
  • Prepare documentations such are quotation, delivery order and invoices
  • Work liaise with sales team on Sales Order and Purchase Order
  • Work liaise with service engineers to coordinate the schedules
  • Work liaise with HQ for branch operation
Requirements:
  • Possess relevant working experience
  • Possess good communication skill and able to work with different types of people
  • Enjoy working in a small office
  • Cheerful and kind person who likes to help people
Conditions:
  • Term: Full time employee
  • Work day: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Location: East near Tampines
  • Salary Range: Open & Negotiable
