- Handle general office administration job
- Support Sales and Sales Engineers in terms of making quotations and delivery order
- Handle sales coordination job with customers in terms of answering inquiries, receiving orders, issuing invoice and etc
- Report to the brand manager
- 2 to 5 years of Admin or Sales Coordination job experience
- Possess the Japanese language skill (JLPT 2 / JLPT1) as this position need to work closely with the HQ in Japan
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Possess good communication skill
- Possess positive mind set
- Term: Full time employee (Permanent)
- Work day: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary Range: Open & Negotiable
