|Job Information:|| Job scope will be:
1. Provide assitant to Account Assistant Manager, include Acc&Admin duties.
2. Assit timely recording of Account transactions, including AR, AP, GL.
3. To perform Admin duties, such as handling incoming calls, ording office supplies, liaise with visitors and Non-trade suppliers.
4. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
1. Knowledge of MS work and Excel
2. Relevant qualifications in accounting.
3. Candidate has some knowledge of Japanese language is preferred ( Some employee cannot speak English fluently.)
【Working hours】: 900AM – 1800PM, 5 days a week
