Job Information:
Our client invites candidates for the position of HR Coordinator cum Secretarial. The company is  looking for someone is able to work for longer term.
Support HS (Hired from Japan) and HQ related matters

·         Administer payroll processing on a monthly basis

·         Liaise with HQ on administering benefits and claims

·         Manage and support the submission of income taxes such as declaration, payment, rebilling of income taxes.

·         Manage Work Pass application/renewal/cancellation

·         Monthly rebilling to subsidiary companies

·         Involve in housing arrangement such as TA Renewal, arrangement of temporary residence (Service Apt.)

·         Support and handling enquiries as related to HS matters etc…

·         Support department admin and coordination of networking events/scheduling of department meetings and activities etc.
·         Admin/secretarial support CHRO  – admin and scheduling etc.

·         Cover for COO’s secretary during her absence.
  • Possess Diploma or Degree
  • Team player, Self-Starter and possess good communication skill
  • Possess JLPT 1 / 2
    This position will be required to communicate with someone who can not speak English
  • Support HS (Hired from Japan) and HQ related matters
